VILLA FUMATEL is located 300m from the sea and 4 km from the centre of Denia.
The house is distributed between two floors connected by an internal staircase; On the ground floor there is a living room and the kitchen with access to the terrace, two double bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, laundry. On the first floor we have four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace. The house has air conditioning in each room, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The pool is 5x10, has sun loungers, garden furniture, parking space for five cars.
