In the month of AUGUST, the property is rented for a minimum of two weeks and is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Duplex penthouse with front sea views located on the first line of the sandy beach in Urb. ALMADRABA, 6 km from the center of Denia. Gated residential complex with garden and community swimming pool, playground, relaxation area, with direct access to the sea.
The property is ideal for families with children, featuring air conditioning, internet connection, garage, a supermarket about 400m away, and a bus stop in front of the urbanization.
On the main floor, there is a living-dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, a kitchen with another terrace with mountain views, one double bedroom with two beds of 90x190, and a bathroom with shower; on the upper floor, we have a main bedroom with a 150x190 bed and access to the terrace, a full bathroom, and another bedroom with two beds of 90x190. It includes: kitchenware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, underground garage, elevator, television, Internet.
CONDITIONS:
The deposit of €300 will be returned on the day of departure.
On the day of arrival, we expect you between 16:00 and 20:00 hours at our office DUANES DENIA SL. located at c.Marques de Campo nº46-4º office 10 where we will hand over the keys to your accommodation.
On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation before 10:00 hours. We will come to your accommodation to collect the keys and return the deposit.
The rental payment will be made by bank transfer or credit card in the agency office before the delivery of keys.
To book the property, we need your ID for the contract and a prepayment of 25% of the rental price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
From booking until 31 days prior, 10% of the rental amount will be retained.
From 30 days prior until check-in - 100% of the rental amount.
No-show - 100% of the amount paid.
